A national healthcare service in Scotland is seeking a Domestic Assistant to perform cleaning duties at Ayrshire Central Hospital. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and possess good communication skills. Full training will be provided. This role is part-time, requiring 14.8 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, from 0600 AM to 0900 AM.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant based at Ayrshire Central Hospital.
Within the Domestic Services Department you will undertake a variety of housekeeping/cleaning duties which are carried out to a high standard.

Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or working within a healthcare setting, especially mental health areas, would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. The ability to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team and good communication skills are essential. Applicants should be physically fit, understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment and be flexible in regard to areas worked within Woodland View (Adult Mental Health wards) and Ayrshire Central Hospital and the North clinics where priorities can change due to staffing and activity.
14.8 hours per week Monday-Friday 0600am-0900am
