Job Overview

Job Title: Domestic Assistant

Location: Cumberland Infirmary, Newtown Road, Carlisle, Cumbria, England, CA2 7HY

Salary: £9,000 to £9,500 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Part Time (14 hours per week, 4 on 4 off)

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine, planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
• Ensure contract service delivery meets all SLA agreements and cleaning schedules.
• Maintain the hospital’s high-quality soft services reputation.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team, adhering to a schedule and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/household duties (training can be provided).
• Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
• Reliable, hardworking, professional attitude and ability to work to a schedule.
