Cranstoun in Wakefield is seeking an IDVA to provide specialist, trauma-informed support to high-risk domestic abuse survivors. You will assess risk, develop safety plans and advocate across police, courts, housing and health services to improve safety and outcomes.

As an IDVA, you will provide specialist, trauma-informed support to victim-survivors of domestic abuse who are assessed as high risk. You will work alongside individuals to assess risk, develop safety plans, advocate on their behalf, and coordinate support through multi-agency partnerships to improve safety and outcomes.
