Marks & Spencer is seeking a Domain Architect to shape the future of enterprise integration and technology strategy. You’ll work within the Architecture function, partnering with Product, Engineering and Business leaders to define a clear target architecture.

You’ll combine deep enterprise architecture and integration expertise with the ability to influence at senior levels, drive governance, and deliver modernization across a complex technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading architecture in complex organisations.
• Expertise across on-premises and cloud hosting (compute, storage, backup, DR, monitoring).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology transformations and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise hosting architecture strategy and target-state roadmap.
• Ensure hosting platforms across cloud, datacentres and edge environments align with enterprise priorities.
• Simplify and modernise the technology landscape, optimising cost, resilience and platform reuse.

Sitting within our Architecture function, this role plays a critical part in defining the strategy and target architecture for enterprise integration capabilities.

You’ll work at pace across a complex landscape, partnering with Product, Engineering and Business leaders to simplify, modernise and drive long-term value.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong enterprise architecture skills and integration expertise with the ability to influence at senior level and bring others on the journey.
