A leading global entertainment company in London is seeking a Documentation Engineer to create and manage procedural documentation, assist in technology onboarding, and support Media Technology operations. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. This is a full-time, onsite position for a duration of 6 months.
The Documentation Engineer position plays a critical role in the 24/7/365 operations of the business and supports Media Technology and Operations customers. The role is responsible for creating, modifying and auditing the department's knowledge base, training, system and procedural documentation. The engineer participates in onboarding new technologies and workflows in the GCC and coordinates with engineering partners to convert existing or create new procedural documentation. They also create training materials for system rollouts and serve as the first point of contact when documentation becomes obsolete. In addition, the engineer engages in Incident and Major Incident processes, auditing partner queues, maintaining ticket hygiene, investigating data for knowledge gaps, identifying incident trends that generate knowledge, and ensuring proper resolution.
This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all work is performed at the place of work.
