Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in a professional and corporate environment? We are seeking an articulate, detail-oriented Onsite Service Assistant to join our team at a prestigious client site. This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional setting where you will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting our managed print services, ensuring a seamless experience for our client.

What You Will Do

Receive, prioritise and process reprographics requisitions.

Operate the photocopying machinery / equipment in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Ensure appropriate stocks of materials and supplies are maintained.

Maintain records of photocopying / resources used.

Maintain and undertake basic repairs to equipment where practical to do so or arrange alternative servicing.

To be responsible for the safe storage of equipment and materials and the disposal of waste products in accordance with the relevant regulations and guidelines.

Ensure you maintain a safe, calm and friendly environment. are adhered to and observed. Cover key areas of to ensure that Health and Safety requirements and other relevant regulations (e.g. COSHH) responsibilities & duties.

To provide an efficient and effective postal service to company premises in line with department ‘best practice’ and ensure compliance to relevant policies and procedures.

Create and prepare electronic files that are stipulated by management and / or client requests. Carry out appropriate QC checks on your own work and that of others when necessary.

Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with QC procedures where applicable. Meet and maintain agreed service level agreements for company requirements.

To arrange collections for international deliveries with external courier companies to sort all incoming mail and distribute it efficiently and accurately. Any other Ad hoc duties covering key areas of responsibilities & dutiesA typical working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 08 : 30 to 17 : 30, with a one-hour lunch break. This is onsite 5 days per week.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and capable of managing their own time effectively. Ideally you would have worked in a reprographics / post department. This role requires someone who can independently stay busy, take the initiative, and find ways to contribute without constant supervision. It is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and can maintain focus in a quiet environment. We are looking for a confident communicator with a customer-centric mindset who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have :

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients professionally and courteously.

GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C Level or above.

A problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand technical issues and follow processes.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.

An eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
