Qualifications

  • Significant document control experience within main contractor background.
  • Ability to manage and own document control process for multiple simultaneous projects.
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro software packages.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain standard shared computer folders and files.
  • Be responsible for coordinating document changes and provide admin support to all personnel associated with projects.
  • Update contract documents as required including collating, filing and distribution of documents.
