This role involves managing project documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting the project team with administrative tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will have experience in document control within construction or related sectors, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in managing digital and physical documentation systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating all project documentation and compliance records.
  • Managing digital and hard copy filing systems.
  • Processing site paperwork such as permits and timesheets.
  • Supporting project managers with scheduling and coordination.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for documentation submissions.
  • Supporting procurement administration and deliveries tracking.
  • Ensuring health & safety records are properly maintained.
  • Providing general administrative support for site operations.
