In this role you will be reporting to the Project Planner and be responsible for ensuring documents are created, approved, distributed and stored according to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a secure and well‑organised repository for company and project documentation, ensuring accurate version control, timely updates and full compliance.
  • Coordinate document workflows, including creation, review, approval, distribution and stakeholder access, using both internal and client document control systems.
  • Conduct checks to verify the accuracy, completeness and regulatory alignment of all documentation prior to release.
  • Manage document archiving, retention and disposal in accordance with established procedures and legal requirements.
  • Administer and continuously improve the document management system to support operational needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project information management, providing guidance, resolving queries and promoting consistent document control standards.
  • Support project administration activities and assist in maintaining controlled policies and procedures in collaboration with Project, QHSE and wider business teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in document control or a similar information management function, with sound knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory expectations. Strong organisational capability, precise attention to detail and a confident command of document management software and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross‑functional teams.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package, hybrid working, private health care and a company pension with a supportive business culture.
