About The Role & Team

As a key member of the Technical South team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that information is up‑to‑date and reaching the right project personnel informing them and supporting them throughout the build life of the project. The role will require the flexibility to travel to our head office in Uxbridge and project site in Blackheath.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain EDMS and arrange the sharing of site information using EDMs.
  • Managing systems, supporting users and providing quality control for information being shared.
  • Liaising with externals (consultants and sub‑contractors) with training, problem‑solving, queries/issues arising and generally being the point of contact for build information.
  • Initial set up and providing continuous system support, including adding users and organisations.
  • Occasional ad‑hoc reporting and administration using EDMs, Excel and other various software solutions.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Relevant document control experience.
  • Track record of managing information for projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience using Filed View or Asite beneficial.
  • Developer experience preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of using Excel and SharePoint and good IT literacy.
  • Good communications skills and can‑do attitude.
