Responsibilities

  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Managing workflow of documentation on EDMS systems
  • QA managing all incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Distributing documents to relevant managers / project teams
  • Editing and amending documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Creating reports and trackers on all communication
  • Providing regular training on EDMS systems
  • Driving and managing all documentation and the flow of information
  • Attending site meetings
  • Preparing, organising and filing information

Skills

Experience with Viewpoint / 4Projects system
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
Ability to multitask and attention to detail
Experience in the Construction industry / working on-site

This is a short term freelance position based in Central London which could lead into a longer term permanent role.

  • Drive and manage all documentation and the flow of information making sure deadlines are met through the project EDMS

  • Attend site meetings
  • Preparing, organising and filing information in paper and digital form
Qualifications
  • Experience with Viewpoint / 4Projects system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
  • The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
  • Experience in the Construction industry / working on-site
