A leading staffing agency seeks a Document Controller in Bradford for a part-time, 3-month role. The successful candidate will manage document control processes, ensuring compliance with protocols and standards across projects. Required qualifications include substantial document control experience in construction or engineering, strong IT skills including knowledge of EDMS platforms, and excellent organizational abilities.

As a Document Controller with Equans, you will lead document control processes across multiple complex projects and programs, ensuring consistent compliance with document management protocols, GDPR, ISO standards, and client contract requirements. This includes managing and administering electronic document management systems (EDMS), as well as supporting the setup of document control frameworks and naming conventions at the outset of each project. You will also oversee the collation and handover of key project documentation, such as O&M manuals and Health & Safety files, while liaising with subcontractors and design consultants to ensure timely and compliant document submissions.
