A leading construction and project management firm in Basingstoke is searching for a Document Control Administrator. You will manage document control processes, support project teams, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in facilities management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and document management systems.   • Collaborate within the Project Support Team as needed.

Job description

As a Document Control Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting the delivery of efficient and compliant project administration processes with a focus on document control and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring project document control processes are compliant with Kier Group Standards
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Subcontractors to chase missing or incorrect documentation
  • Maintaining accurate, structured and accessible document filing systems
  • Supporting Health & Safety and Environmental teams with compliance documentation
  • Working collaboratively within the Project Support Team to provide cover and support as required
Qualifications
  • You've worked in facilities management
  • You have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • You're IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
  • You've worked with document management systems such as 4Projects, Viewpoint or Concept Evolution
  • You can manage multiple priorities, work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
