Job summary

A leading media company in Leeds is hiring a Document Management Executive to manage and maintain the Document Archive. You will oversee the full document lifecycle and ensure compliance with legal retention standards. Ideal candidates will have archive experience and strong organizational skills. This is a 12-month fixed-term role with a hybrid working model, requiring 2-3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach to work.
  • Proven administrative skills, ideally in structured environments.
  • Research and analytical thinking abilities for document handling.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to archive queries by locating and supplying requested documents.
  • Maintain a centralised archive of contracts and production paperwork.
  • Update Document Archive processes and policies according to legal requirements.
