Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Doctor Clinical Product Specialist within our team. This is a four day/ 30 hours per week remote role, with one monthly visit to the London office. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, clarity, and clinical integrity of health-related content across our digital platforms. This role combines medical expertise with digital health knowledge and editorial skills to deliver high-quality, evidence-based content that supports patient engagement and clinical safety. You will be instrumental in building innovative clinical products, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance patient care. The role requires a keen interest in artificial intelligence, digital health innovation, and the ability to continuously learn and develop new technical skills in a rapidly evolving healthcare technology landscape.

About the role

The post holder will have a number of key responsibilities associated with the role, including but not limited to:

  • Review, edit, and approve clinical content for digital health products, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of AI-powered clinical tools, including content generation agents, triage algorithms, and clinical decision support systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines, AI applications in healthcare, and digital health innovations, integrating them into content workflows and product development.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on clinical pathways, AI-generated content, scripts, and patient-facing information.
  • Provide clinical input during product development, feature updates, and technology integration initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external medical experts to validate content accuracy and ensure clinical safety of technology-driven solutions.
About You

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of:

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with full GMC registration.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience.
  • Experience in digital health, telemedicine, or health technology.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and digital health standards.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI applications in healthcare and emerging health technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for both patients and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong editorial judgement and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
