A leading UK water company is looking for a performance manager to enhance DMEX operations. This role involves monitoring metrics, implementing performance cycles, and driving improvements to enhance customer experience. Ideal candidates will have strong stakeholder engagement, performance management, and project planning skills. A competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, alongside a generous pension and holiday package, is offered.
This is an exciting time to join the business and be part of the success of change. This role is responsible for monitoring and driving improvement in our DMEX performance across our operational teams and partners.
You will be the driving force ensuring root causes are identified and understood, improvements are identified and prioritised, and tactical plans are coordinated and delivered. You will monitor impact and improvements, holding colleagues accountable for their delivery.
Improving the experience of our Developer Services customers, measured via the regulatory DMEX performance, is a key driver for our team. This is a new role that will help us make a step change and achieve our journey from regulatory penalty to reward.
