Job description

This is an exciting time to join the business and be part of the success of change. This role is responsible for monitoring and driving improvement in our DMEX performance across our operational teams and partners.

You will be the driving force ensuring root causes are identified and understood, improvements are identified and prioritised, and tactical plans are coordinated and delivered. You will monitor impact and improvements, holding colleagues accountable for their delivery.

Improving the experience of our Developer Services customers, measured via the regulatory DMEX performance, is a key driver for our team. This is a new role that will help us make a step change and achieve our journey from regulatory penalty to reward.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and implement mechanisms to ensure accountable owners and teams have a suitable operational grip to deliver consistently. (eg dashboards, meeting cadence)
  • Implement a performance management cycle, ensuring review and validation of data, leading performance meetings, ensuring actions are identified and tracked and delivered to the timescale.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure team members are aware of current performance levels and impact, and are engaged in issues and actions.
  • Understand the impact of the various DMEX metrics, ensuring actions are prioritised accordingly.
  • Drive end-to-end journey improvements, facilitating sessions and cross-team working.
  • Ensure targeted tactical DMEX plans are in place across the department and delivered against, tracking owners, actions and impacts.
  • Lead, monitor and drive data compliance activities- identifying improvements, setting standards, tracking compliance and holding colleagues accountable for performance.
  • Be the DS expert in articulating the DMEX measure and how it can be impacted.
