Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a DL Kids Coach to run games, sport and art activities for children aged 3 to 12, across after-school, weekend clubs and holiday programmes. You will help create a safe, enjoyable environment and support our younger members in exploring physical activities.

You must be at least 17 and working towards a childcare/teaching/coaching qualification, with prior experience in similar settings. A passion for engaging children and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 or over and working towards a childcare/teaching/coaching qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Demonstrate genuine passion for engaging children and teams; stay calm under pressure and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Host a variety of games, sporting activities and arts sessions for ages 3–12.
• Lead after-school and weekend activities and support holiday club programmes.
• Be a team player, welcoming new members and contributing to a positive club environment.

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the look out for a passionate DL Kids Coach to join our team! As a qualified DL Kids Coach you will host a variety of games, sporting activities and art session with our members aged between 3 and 12, both after school and at weekends. Our holiday club programmes run during school holidays and are a fantastic sport camps for our younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides. Hours will vary but will be upwards of 8 hours per week as a minimum.

As a DL Kids Coach:

• You must be 17 or over and be working towards a childcare / teaching / coaching qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Show a genuine passion with engaging individuals and children., If you're a team player who is up for a challenge, can remain calm under pressure and have excellent attention to detail, be it in the clubroom, teaching a class, maintaining our clubs or welcoming new members, then we've got a career for you.
