Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Dudley is seeking a DL Kids Coach to lead games, sports and art sessions for children aged 3–12. Hours include after-school, weekends and school holiday camps, with a minimum of 8 hours per week.

You will be 17+ and working towards a childcare/teaching/coaching qualification, with previous experience in a similar setting and a genuine passion for engaging children.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 or over and working towards a childcare/teaching/coaching qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Show a genuine passion for engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Host games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged 3–12.
• Support after-school, weekend and holiday club programmes.
• Create an inclusive, fun environment where children can thrive.
• Contribute to a culture that promotes active participation and safety.
