Tribuild seeks an experienced Divisional Director – Operations to lead a portfolio of projects, drive performance, and shape the operational strategy in a senior leadership role.

You will develop teams, manage client relationships, oversee programme, quality, health & safety, and resourcing, and ensure consistently high standards of delivery across main contracting, refurbishment or fit-out environments.
