Divisional Director - North Division (Home based managing North of the UK)

We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious & strategic leader to join the Connells Survey & Valuation Senior Leadership Team as the Divisional Director for our North Division.

In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for a team including Area Directors & Area Managers, ultimately leading over 150 Surveyor colleagues across the North of the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic & tactical leadership across the Division to drive performance, quality & growth.
• Managing, developing & guiding your people to ensure consistent high standards across all teams.
• Playing a central role in business planning, decision-making & shaping the future direction of our business.
• Representing the S&V senior leadership team, contribute to key Group-wide initiatives & transformation projects.
• Executing the business plan, strategic priorities & advocating the One Connells Group.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Has significant leadership experience in the residential valuation surveying sector.
• Can demonstrate success in delivering results across a large team with experience of the Northern markets.
• Experienced, qualified Residential Valuation Surveyor (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
• Brings a strategic mindset, quick to see the big picture & contribute ideas to support high-impact decision making. Is commercially astute, performance-driven & passionate about customer excellence.
• Can engage & inspire at all levels - from Surveyors to the Boardroom.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK, ideally located towards or in the North of the UK.
