A luxury department store in the UK is seeking a Divisional Coordinator for their Womenswear department. This role focuses on operational effectiveness, building relationships with Retail Managers, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. The role also offers a package including 22 days holiday, significant employee discounts, and a pension scheme.
Divisional Coordinator
Our Womenswear department are looking for a Divisional Coordinator to provide critical support to the operational effectiveness of the department. Our Sales team are responsible for creating world class customer experiences in store – and that doesn’t happen without the smooth running of operational processes to support them.
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of activity from planning resource schedules and rota’s, to coordinating effective communication across both Harrods own teams and concession partners as well as coordinating trade, customer reporting and insight sharing.
You will build trusted relationships with up to 12 Retail Managers to enable effective performance and support across a variety of administrative processes. This may include note taking in confidential HR meetings, assisting with recruitment, updating Workday records and managing holiday calendars and daily schedules.
You will be naturally inquisitive and strive to innovate processes for optimal performance. You will be highly organised and service-minded.
