  • Administer and process D&I records, complaints, DIRFs, and prisoner feedback.
  • Support and liaise with Peer reps and D&I representatives.
  • Lead initiatives such as the Cultural Shop and D&I events.
  • Take minutes at D&I forums and maintain accurate records.
  • Compile data and identify trends to support decision-making.

Diversity & Inclusion Administrator - HMP Peterborough

HMP Peterborough, the UK's only dual-purpose prison, is looking for a proactive and organised Diversity & Inclusion Administrator. In this role, you will support prisoners, staff, and peer representatives by managing D&I records, complaints, and initiatives, while helping deliver events, programmes, and schemes that promote equality and inclusion across the prison. Main Responsibilities
  • Administer and process D&I records, complaints, DIRFs, and prisoner feedback, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support and liaise with Peer reps, Buddy Scheme participants, and prisoner D&I representatives on a daily basis.
  • Lead initiatives such as the Cultural Shop, D&I events, and display boards in line with local priorities.
  • Take minutes at D&I forums and Transgender Local Case Boards, maintaining timely and accurate records.
  • Compile data, produce management information, and identify trends to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth prison operations while supporting prisoners in D&I matters.

  • Enhanced Level 2 + DBS (to be processed via site VCP).
Package Description
