East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a District Nurse to join our community team. You will assess patients in their homes, developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans, and manage a caseload with support from the Clinical Lead.
The role requires a District Nursing qualification (DN SPQ), RN Part 1, and Nurse prescriber status; you will provide leadership to a team of RNs and HCAs, working flexibly to meet service needs across the Cross site East/West base.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate District Nurse to join our community team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes.
Our core service operates 8:00am - 6:00pm, 7 days per week, and flexibility is essential to support the needs of the service.
This role requires a professional who demonstrates a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance, ensuring safe and effective patient‑centred care at all times.
At East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, we are committed to supporting our staff. If you have the aspiration, capability, and dedication, we will provide the opportunities and development you need to progress in your career.
