This role is part of a collaborative UK sales team and offers the opportunity to own and grow a defined portfolio of distributor accounts while working closely with colleagues across the business.

Job Description

This role combines strategic account management with proactive business development.

  • Manage a portfolio of distributor accounts across the UK (and occasional international markets)
  • Maintain and grow existing business while identifying new opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with distributor contacts and understand their business needs
  • Develop account plans and execute targeted growth strategies
  • Collaborate with field sales teams on joint initiatives and campaigns
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to deliver best-in-class support
  • Occasionally identify and onboard new distributors to expand reach
  • Participate in team meetings and share strategies for growth

The Successful Applicant

A commercially driven sales professional with experience in distributor management.

  • Proven background in professional sales or account management
  • Experience in healthcare, safety, or related product sectors is desirable
