The Distribution Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting the distribution (sales) function within the Wealth Management division. This role ensures consistency and alignment of processes, workflows, data, and systems across the distribution network, while supporting integration activities for newly acquired businesses and ongoing operational improvements.
Working closely with the Wealth CEO and Wealth Chief Distribution Officer, senior leadership, and project teams, the Distribution Operations Manager translates strategic objectives into operational reality, enabling seamless execution of critical initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to operate as a true generalist across multiple functions.
