A leading insurance firm in Bournemouth is looking for a role that supports the Distribution and Marketing Directorate. The candidate will coordinate strategic initiatives, manage stakeholder communication, and prepare performance reports. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience in report writing. This role sits at the heart of the Distribution and Marketing Directorate, providing key support to the Distribution and Marketing Director and wider leadership team to help drive progress on our strategic priorities, ensure alignment across our teams and support the smooth running of the Directorate.
You'll engage on day-to-day matters, strategic initiatives and key projects, coordinating across AXA Health and AXA UK&I. You'll coordinate and provide timely reporting and analysis to facilitate informed decision making and direction on business activity.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
