Cognizant is seeking a Distinguished Frontier Engineer to shape the enterprise-scale AI delivery that underpins our most complex client transformations. You will design AI-native architectures, define human-agent capability matrices and own the intellectual design of AI delivery across cross-domain work.
You will lead governance for responsible-AI, guardrails and audit-trail patterns while mentoring Frontier Engineers.
As a Distinguished Frontier Engineer, you'll help shape the future of enterprise AI. From responsible-AI governance to regulated decisioning systems, you'll set the standard rather than meeting it. Partnering with senior client stakeholders, AI leaders and Frontier teams across industries and geographies, you'll establish the frameworks, guardrails and architectural patterns that enable organizations to confidently adopt AI at scale, while technically leading cohorts of Frontier Engineers and Masters and mentoring the next generation of Frontier talent.
