Tiro Associates Ltd is seeking a hands-on Distillery Manager for a world-renowned spirits brand at its Southwest London distillery.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations, apply your distilling expertise, and maintain the site with a proactive approach. The role offers autonomy, involvement in a new rum house project nearby, and a structured yet varied workload.

Distillery Manager

Location: Southwest London

Salary: up to GBP50,000 per annum plus package

Were looking for a hands-on Distillery Manager to join an iconic, internationally recognised spirits brand at its distillery in Southwest London.

This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely loves distilling and wants to combine their technical expertise with the variety, autonomy and responsibility of managing a unique site. Alongside the distillery itself, youll also have the opportunity to get involved in an exciting new rum house opening next door in approximately six months.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days will necessarily look the same. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running and upkeep of the distillery, bringing your distilling knowledge, practical mindset and enthusiasm for the industry to the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the distillery and supporting its distilling activities.
• Applying your technical knowledge and understanding of the distilling process.
• Carrying out routine maintenance, site inspections and safety checks.
• Taking responsibility for the general upkeep and smooth running of the building and facilities.
• Hosting distillery tours and engaging visitors with the story behind the spirits and the craft of distilling.
• Contributing to the development of the new rum house as the business continues to grow.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, maintain standards and keep the site operating effectively.

About You

You’ll be someone who is passionate about spirits and takes real pride in their distilling knowledge. You enjoy being hands-on, understand the practicalities of running a distillery and are happy taking ownership beyond the production process.
