A leading housing provider in Wolverhampton is seeking a Disrepair Case Handler to effectively manage property disrepair claims and ensure compliance with regulations. Location(s): Wolverhampton
We're looking for a Disrepair Case Handler to manage formal property disrepair claims and environmental health hazard notifications from start to finish. You'll work closely with surveyors, legal specialists, and wider teams to coordinate, action, and defend claims, ensuring all statutory timescales and requirements are met.
This is a hybrid role: two days in the office (including Friday and one flexible day) and three days working from home, giving you a balance of collaboration and flexibility.
