A housing trust in the UK seeks a Disrepair and Inspections Manager to lead a team and manage complex repair projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all repairs meet statutory compliance and that customer's needs are met efficiently. Candidates should hold a CIOB, BSc in Building Surveying, or equivalent. To manage the effective delivery of complex and escalated repairs projects on time, within cost targets, and to the desired standard, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure repairs and maintenance processes are managed effectively and that Raven’s Statutory Compliance liabilities are met.
