Job summary

Ryder Reid Legal in London is seeking a Disputes Paralegal on a hybrid basis to gain exposure to high-value commercial litigation, civil fraud, financial services disputes, insolvency and asset recovery matters, including cases with an international element.

You will work closely with experienced litigators and partners, with a 4-day office pattern and a clear pathway toward a Training Contract for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Training Contract availability of 12+ months.
• Strong academics.
• Interest in disputes; prior litigation experience desirable.

Role overview: I'm working with a specialist boutique disputes firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-value commercial litigation, civil fraud, financial services disputes, insolvency and asset recovery matters, including cases with an international element.

Key responsibilities:

• Legal research
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Document management and disclosure
• Preparing court bundles and case materials
• Supporting fee earners on complex litigation matters

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a Training Contract (must have 12+ months availability), have strong academics and a keen/proven interest in disputes. Previous litigation experience is highly desirable.
