Premier US law firm is recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Disputes Legal PA who excels in deadline-driven environments and is adept at juggling multiple priorities.

  • Salary to £57,000
  • 09:30-18:00 working hours
  • Hybrid 4 days in the office
  • Stunning state of the art offices in a sought-after location in the City

The Disputes team is growing rapidly, with new Associates and Partners set to join in the near future – making this an exciting time to become part of the group and contribute to the continued success and expansion of the practice.

Disputes Legal PA Key Responsibilities
  • Diary management, coordination of complex business itineraries and travel arrangements.
  • Extensive court document preparation with litigation document amendments and disputes timetabling.
  • Organising and prioritising telephone calls, mail, documents, and projects.
  • Maintain filing and records management systems and transcribes from tapes, handwritten materials, and/or dictation.
  • Prepare legal documents and opening new files.
  • Producing expense reports and assisting with billing.
Disputes Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements
  • Proven and extensive Legal PA experience in Litigation/Arbitration/Disputes within a law firm.
  • Excellent written, organisation and communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent IT and IT troubleshooting skills, also able to comfortably pick up new systems with a logical approach.
