Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Qualified in NI, or in E&W/ROI and keen to practise in NI.
• Comfortable running your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Commercial, solutions-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Handle a mix of company and shareholder disputes, professional negligence and related disputes.
• Property, construction, procurement and banking recovery disputes.
• Contentious probate and trust claims.
• Litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution methods for claimants and defendants.
