The role can be based in either of their offices in Milton Keynes or the East Midlands and hybrid and flexible working is offer. You will join a friendly and supportive team and advise on a wide range of commercial disputes including:

• Warranty claims
• Professional negligence
• Contract disputes
• Agency disputes
• Director disputes
• Partnership disputes
