Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Reading is seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director in Commercial Litigation to join the busy Dispute Resolution team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a high-quality caseload of complex disputes for corporates, directors and investors.

The role offers a genuine Partner Designate pathway, with exposure to High Court proceedings, multi-million pound disputes and strong client development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution.
• Strong experience handling complex commercial disputes.
• Confident advising corporates, directors, shareholders and business owners.
• Commercially minded with strong client management and business development skills.
• Ambitious and interested in progressing towards Partnership.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high-quality caseload of complex commercial disputes, advising businesses, directors, shareholders, investors and senior executives.
• Work will include commercial, contractual, corporate and shareholder disputes; partnership and director disputes; insolvency and restrictive covenant matters.
• Involve negotiation, mediation, ADR and court proceedings; high-value litigation including High Court work.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

The Role
