Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer looking for your next career move? This is an excellent opportunity to join our Client's highly regarded litigation team handling a diverse range of personal and commercial dispute matters (excluding property disputes). You'll benefit from working within a collaborative environment, with access to dedicated administrative support, continuous professional development, and a clear progression pathway.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on a broad spectrum of disputes and claims

Drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

Conducting in-depth legal research and ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct

Representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and other ADR processes

Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure outstanding client service

About You

Minimum 2 years PQE in dispute resolution

Solid understanding of litigation processes and Alternative Dispute Resolution methods

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

A client-centric approach with the ability to build strong relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work collaboratively
