Specsavers Cosham is seeking a qualified and GOC‑registered Dispensing Optician to join a busy optical team. The role offers full or part‑time hours with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and strong customer service.

You would work closely with Optometrists, participate in store leadership activities, and have opportunities for professional development through ILM courses and the Specsavers Partnership Pathway.

Formación

• GOC registered Dispensing Optician.
• Open to newly qualified and experienced candidates.
• Registration with GOC is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high levels of customer service to customers on the shop floor.
• Liaise with Optometrists to ensure a consistent handover for each customer you dispense.
• Manage aftersales service, including handling complaints and problem solving, in a customer‑focused way.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets using professional sales techniques.
