Overview

Join a thriving optical practice in Leeds, delivering exceptional patient care within a modern retail & clinical environment. In this role you'll take responsibility for dispensing, advising and fitting eyewear, while working closely with the optometry team to ensure optimal visual outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and fit spectacles, contact lenses and ancillary optical products to registered patients.
• Conduct detailed patient consultations: understanding visual needs, lifestyle factors, frame selection, lens options and aftercare.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (eg GOC registration and CPD) and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with optometrists, assistants and store teams to deliver a seamless patient journey from eye test to collection and aftercare.
• Achieve sales and service targets while maintaining the highest level of customer-care and clinical rigour.
• Use up-to-date equipment and technology; support continuous professional development and training opportunities.
