Job description

• You'd be suited to this role if you have a caring and empathetic nature

• You'll need to be able to remain cool under pressure and to multitask on a daily basis
• Absolute discretion is required in protecting patient confidentiality.

• Youll make sure that prescriptions and medications are issued safely to patients
• Youll also be responsible for answering the telephone and resolving patient queries.
