Overview

Join Our SuperdrugPharmacy Team – We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin a career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.

Location: Wrexham

Hours: 18 hours per week, Monday 9-5, Tuesday 10-3, Wednesday 10-2

Salary: Up to £13.30 per hour depending on pharmacy qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
• For those joining as a trainee pharmacy assistant, you will be learning on the job and undertaking a Healthcare Assistant course as well as progressing towards a nationally recognised Level 2 NVQ in Dispensing

We’re Looking For

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant
• No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
