A leading UK pharmacy is seeking a Dispenser to support pharmacists and healthcare professionals. The role includes dispensing prescriptions, advising patients on medicines, and evolving with healthcare technologies. Applicants should have completed Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 or be working towards an MPharm. This position offers a range of benefits including training and development opportunities, generous discounts, and a supportive working environment.
The hourly rate for this role is £13.32 and up to £15.05 across selected locations within London.
As a Dispenser working within one of our stores, you will be a key member of our pharmacy team, supporting the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy and healthcare services.
In the store’s healthcare department, you will build great relationships with patients by listening and understanding their needs. Tasks include greeting customers, dispensing prescriptions, ensuring the safe sale of medicines, and providing advice using your healthcare knowledge to support patients in making informed decisions about their health and wellness. This role is based in-store within the UK; remote applicants will not be considered and non‑UK candidates will not be progressed unless relevant UK qualifications and right to work are confirmed.
Working with evolving technologies in the store gives you the opportunity to work with new systems that help develop traditional dispensing processes, improve patient safety, and free up time to spend with patients.
You will receive regular updates and training to develop your healthcare knowledge, alongside ample career development options, including the opportunity to train as a Pharmacy Technician or become part of the store leadership team.

This role requires a successful candidate to complete a Pre‑employment check after receiving an offer. Depending on your location, you will be asked to submit a DBS, PVG or an Access NI Check.
