Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Dispensary Technician to support the smooth operation of our busy college salons and dispensary area. This key role ensures that all products, equipment, and resources are well‑maintained, safely stored, and readily available to staff and students, helping to create a professional and efficient learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with suppliers, administrative teams, cross‑college teams & curriculum staff to coordinate stock ordering, monitor inventory levels and manage day‑to‑day salon resources.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with college procedures and industry regulations.
  • Oversee client bookings for the salons, liaising with marketing and teaching teams to support practical sessions and provide an excellent client experience.
  • Guide and support students, helping them build confidence, professionalism and employability skills as they prepare for their future careers.
Qualifications

Strong organisational skills and a passion for education, customer service and the hair, barbering and beauty industry.
