Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Dispensary Technician to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, dispensing and issuance of raw materials for pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will operate the Dispensary Weighing System (DWS) and maintain traceability and inventory accuracy under GMP standards.
The role requires working in temperature-controlled environments, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with production teams to meet schedules while ensuring product quality and safety.
Rotational shift days
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

The Dispensary Technician is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance of raw materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role ensures all activities are performed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards, and company quality requirements. The technician maintains inventory accuracy, supports production schedules, and ensures materials are handled and stored under appropriate environmental conditions.

Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is required, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing operations.
