This pivotal role is central to providing real-time fleet coordination and customer support, with a strong focus on regional routes and car carrier operations.

We’re seeking a skilled dispatcher or fleet controller with a solid understanding of regional transport logistics (long-haul routes, rural access, fuel and route planning) and car carrier load management. • Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure seamless service and minimal downtime

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in dispatch, fleet control, or logistics coordination — ideally with regional transport and/or car carrier operations

  • Strong understanding of long-haul & rural route planning and the challenges of vehicle movement outside metro areas

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills under pressure

  • High attention to detail with strong computer literacy (dispatch software, GPS tracking, digital fleet tools)

  • Ability to obtain a police clearance and complete an integrity check

  • Full Australian working rights & fluent English communication (written and verbal)
