• Planning and optimization of tours, taking into account factors such as travel times, load and driver availability.
• Communication with customers, drivers and freight forwarders.
• Monitoring the transport process and timely response to any disruptions.
• Creation and processing of freight documents and shipping documents.
• Close cooperation with dispatch and fleet management.
• Control and optimization of transport costs.
