Job summary

DV8 Fashion is seeking a Full-Time Dispatch Operator for our online team in Portadown/Craigavon area. The role is fixed-term with a strong possibility of permanency after probation.

You will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching online orders, managing stock, and supporting the team during peak trading periods. Working hours include a Monday–Friday 8:00–21:00 and weekend shifts, with rotation.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Full-Time Dispatch Operator to join our DV8 Online Team in Carn, Portadown.

This role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis, with a strong possibility of a permanent position upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Working Hours

• Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 9:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Shifts will be scheduled within these hours based on business needs.
• Evening and weekend shifts are shared across the team and worked on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and dispatching online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Processing new stock and maintaining high standards within the stockroom
• Supporting the team during busy trading periods, including weekends, seasonal Bank Holidays, and occasional evenings
• Helping to deliver an exceptional service experience for our online customers

About You

• Ideally, you have experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• You understand and follow health and safety procedures
• You have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work
• You possess excellent attention to detail
• You enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
