Day Dispatch Operatives - Bridgwater (£12.37 per hour) Excellent POST AWR Rates

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Job Type: Full-time, ongoing with potential for permanent employment

About the Role

We're currently recruiting Day Dispatch Operatives to join a well-established and prestigious employer in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term position with excellent progression opportunities. You'll be working in a chilled warehouse environment (around 4°C), helping to move trolleys of milk and dairy products safely and efficiently throughout the site. The role is physically demanding, so a good level of fitness and a proactive attitude are essential.

Shift Schedule
  • 14:00 - 22:30 or 06:00 - 14:30
  • 5 out of 7 days per week
  • Regular weekend work required
  • Frequent overtime opportunities available
  • Weekend and Bank Holiday enhancements apply after 12 weeks of work.
Pay Rates
  • £12.37ph Days Pre & Post AWR Basic hours
  • £18.56ph Days Pre & Post AWR Overtime hours after 40hrs
  • £15.22ph Nights Pre & Post AWR Basic hours
  • £21.41ph Nights Pre & Post AWR Overtime hours after 40hrsPost AWR Rate enhancements
  • £15.46 - £18.31ph Saturdays Post AWR
  • £18.56 - £21.41ph Sundays Post AWR
  • £24.74 - £27.59ph Bank Holidays Post AWR
