  • Carry out monthly stock takes and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Oversee stock rotation and movement to production areas.
  • Book stock in upon receipt, working closely with the Technical & Quality Team.
  • Pick and prepare stock for outloading to third‑party logistics.
  • Handle shipping orders using Business Central and maintain traceability.
  • Ensure all goods are received, stored, and loaded safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards within the despatch area.
  • Operate FLT (where licensed) and act as Banksman for delivery drivers.
  • Support other departments as needed and cover for the Planning & Logistics Co‑Ordinator when required.
  • Uphold site standards for gluten‑, milk‑, and egg‑free product production.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a Despatch or Warehouse role (essential).
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment (desirable).
  • Reach & Counterbalance FLT licences (essential).
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (desirable).
  • Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (essential).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a proactive, flexible approach and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in FIFO stock systems and customer‑focused environments.
Performance & Expectations
  • Maintain stock accuracy and traceability at all times.
  • Support on‑time despatch performance (target 98.5%+ service level).
  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and reliability in all activities.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a supportive and growing team in a modern food manufacturing facility.
  • Competitive pay and benefits package.
