• Demonstrated background as a Goods Out / Dispatch Manager or in a comparable supervisory position within an e‑commerce warehouse setting.
• Strong team management skills and leadership potential.
• In‑depth knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles.
• Outstanding organisational abilities and proficient multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of people management processes including absence management, 1‑2‑1s and performance management.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Forklift certification is a valuable asset.
