We are seeking a reliable and organised Dispatch & Logistics Person to handle daily outbound and inbound operations, manage delivery drivers, possibly provide driver cover in an emergency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare daily shipments.
• Manage daily driver routes.
• Oversee dispatch accuracy, schedules, and shipment quality.
• Raise purchase orders and book in incoming shipments.
• Handle returns and RMAs when the Procurement Manager is on holiday or unavailable.
• Provide general support across dispatch, logistics, and procurement during periods of absence or increased workload.
• Cover drivers if necessary completing deliveries and collections as required.
